Pete has been AMAZING through the insanity of our dream trip to Cancun that never happened because of the Coronavirus. This was no easy booking either- found one resort, opening got delayed and had to find another resort, then in the last hours had to cancel because of border concerns. He was calm and supportive through my panic, patient and kind with his great legwork to get it done. THIS IS THE GUY for fantastic travel service!!
